Sylvette was an integral part of our team and was instrumental in getting him to try new things, including new foods, activities and outings.  He walks to the park, swims and goes to Variety Village, which is just a small idea of what he did while in her care.  He tried many new foods due to her wonderful cooking ability and became comfortable going out in public with her which was always a big challenge for him.

She initiated new programming for Connor to ensure he was being challenged and was willing to take direction from both behaviour analysts, supervisors and me to ensure that Connor was progressing and was learning every day.  She was always punctual and willing to stay when necessary to ensure continuity of care.

Sylvette was a great help to my family. For the time, she spent with us she did not just focus on my daughter, she also included my other daughter in these activities. She planned several educational activities that held her attention and challenged my daughter.
